I had a really good running weekend! Although I thought it was going to be bad- and really really low on the motivation scale- I used mapmyrun.com to map a run through the park near my house- it turned out to be 5.5 miles- and I ran it Saturday and then AGAIN on Sunday- it felt really good- and it's got some nice hills- it makes me NOT want to run on the treadmill anymore!
